SAAFoST Salt & Sodium Reduction Workshops

Dear SAAFoST Members,

Meeting the age old demands of consumer satisfaction, affordable prices, food safety and technical performance may not be so easy once the proposed new salt regulations are in force. Be sure to attend this workshop and spend a very valuable day updating your knowledge, networking and speaking to the experts on all aspects of mankind's oldest and most favoured seasoning and preservative while planning how to reduce it in your products.

The workshop is being repeated in two centres in order to facilitate your participation. Carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your registration and timely arrival on the right day and at the right place - Irene Burke will once again be in charge of bookings for both events in order to assist in this regard.

Please book your place as soon as possible and note that space it is fairly limited in both locations.
Members interested in displaying salt and sodium related pamphlets or ingredients at either venue must please contact me at the address below.

With best wishes and kind regards,

OJF
