Keynote Speaker

Prof Margrethe Hersleth, senior research scientist at Nofima, Norway & Adjunct Associate Professor, Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Her main research interests are sensory perception of food in general, and how product information and consumers' expectations affects sensory perception and consumer choice. As she has been involved in a number of EU-projects, there will also be emphasis on the European consumer.
