Micro Food Science Symposium
The University of the Free State, Food Science Department, will be hosting members on this historical occasion with a series of short presentations that will include: Plant breeding to improve food quality, Meat and related research being conducted at the UFS, Milk, adulteration, Bio-prospecting for the nutritional quality of milk, Pathogens in South African food and a Report-back on the very successful IUFoST Congress hosted in Cape Town one year ago.
