Bottled Water Tasting and an Argentinian Asado Braai!!

As this event is hosted at the CSIR's recently opened Knowledge Commons facility - Dr Hoffie Maree (CSIR Group Executive: Operations) will share with us more on CSIR's future research strategy. Some of the latest EU funded research on Solar Disinfection of Drinking Water in rural communities will be presented by Dr Eunice Ubomba-Jaswa, Researcher - CSIR Natural Resources and the Environment.

A bottled water tasting will be presented by John Weaver (also an overview of the industry, history, legislation and sales) - John as been involved with the bottled water industry since 1992 as an investigating Hydrogeologist - He has been the Chairman of SANBWA (SA Natural Bottled Water Association) since 1998. Come and taste the difference between a number of different bottled waters and enjoy a true Argentinian Braai afterwards (specially prepared by the Argentinean Association of SA).
