We would like to invite you to an evening featuring three keynote speakers on topics relating to sensory, enjoyed together with a three course meal, fun and networking...

Speaker 1: Neil Wiltshire, Senior Flavourist for Flavour Craft (part of Kerry Ingredients & Flavours)
"Sensory in Food"
Although we are warned not to analyze our food too closely, this presentation will do just that - giving a brief overview of the components in our food that make them smell and taste the way they do, where they come from, and how our knowledge of them can be used in food product development; it may be called a "virtual molecular meal".

Speaker 2: Marlies Grindlay, Marketing and Sensory Manager at Mane SA.
"Sensory in innovation"
This is an introduction to the use of the senses in innovation - each of us has a unique sensory capability and creative potential which are often overlooked as a reservoir for idea generation in our business. Marlies will introduce some useful ways of tapping into both to allow for the magic of emergence.

Speaker 3: Frieda Derhmann, Consumer Science and Sensory Manager at SABMiller
"Sensory in Quality"
This is a focus on some of the key insights in the establishment of a Sensory QA and QC system in an FMCG organisation. The roll out of the Global Taste system in the SABMiller group is used as the example.
