Emotion in Sensory...

EMOTION is a hot topic in the world of sensory science. There are many different methods to measure emotion responses associated with food and non-food products including verbal scales, skin and brain responses to mood portraits, PrEmo and EsSense (developed by McCormick USA with Herb Meiselman). The EsSense method has been used for many years and has proved to add valuable information to research studies. As your emotions are changing with Spring just around the corner, join us to learn more about the various emotion tools that can be used in sensory analysis.
