The BRIEF - that all-important document used by FMCG manufacturers and flavour & fragrance houses to outline the requirements for new submissions. During the Workshop session, delegates will work in TEAMS of 4 to 5 to create a flavouring or a perfume compound in answer to a BRIEF. There will be prizes for the best submissions.
