The Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003

Good day,

SAAFoST asks all members to again take note of the Natural Scientific Professions Act - see extract below. All scientists are requested to apply for registration in the applicable field of practise in the category that is appropriate - depending on the individual's type and level of tertiary education.

This is important for individuals employed by companies as well as consultants. Please be reminded that only consultants registered with SACNASP as Professional Natural Scientists may be listed on the SAAFoST website.

If you go to the SACNASP (South African Association for Natural Scientific Professions) website -http://www.sacnasp.org.za/, you will find all the necessary information regarding registration.

Attached is an application form - see further guidelines for completion on the web.

Regards

SAAFoST Council
