Information & Guidelines for Exhibitors

SAAFoST organises an Expo and Talk Shop every two years - it alternates with the biennial congress. In “Expo” years, such as the present one, attention is focussed on the exhibition and on the commercial, as opposed to the academic, side of food science and technology. The Talk Shop, a regular feature of the Expo, is a forum for promotional, marketing and sales-oriented presentations of a technical nature. Breakfast lectures and traditional academic symposia and workshops are organised to run concurrently with the Expo and Talk Shop in order to attract the greatest possible interest and participation.
