Thali is the name for a selection of Indian-style dishes of varying flavours and textures that are served alongside each other on a platter. Thali highlights the spicy, sweet and umami profiles of Indian cuisine and is the quintessential 'sharing' food!
Teams of four will each cook a different Indian curry and a side accompaniment dish. All ingredients will be supplied, as well as a recipe for the side dish. Your team's sparks of creativity come in when you prepare the curry - using your ingenuity, and not a recipe. Not to worry, all is suited for amateurs! But we suggest brushing up on your basic curry skills beforehand. All you need to bring is an apron.

Teams will share their dishes afterwards over a networking dinner. Wine & soft drinks will be available.
