SAAFoST offers a service to members and the Food Industry by maintaining a list of Professional Members of the Association who are available as consultants to the Food Industry.
Only those who have been Professional Members for at least five years, and who are in good standing with SAAFoST, will be listed. Furthermore, every listed member must be a Registered Natural Scientist or be registered professionals with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
A fee of R948.30 (VAT included) per annum will be levied to consultants who wish to feature on the list.
